Quality assurance

All the pieces are made by hand, using traditional jewelery and conservation and restoration techniques. Being handmade work, there may be small differences between the piece you will receive and the piece photographed in the online store. These differences do not in any way change the piece itself, it just makes it truly unique.

Prices

The final price of each piece (PVP) available at the online store Marta Maçarico includes the amount of tax at the rate in force in Portugal (VAT, 23%). However, the PVP may fluctuate if the part is sold on another commercial surface, and this value is the responsibility of the respective dealer and is not linked to the original brand. At any time and on all items in the online store, Marta Maçarico reserves the right to change the price

Order by Order

The Marta Maçarico brand makes parts to order. In case the customer wants any modification or adjustment to the piece, he should contact the artisan to communicate the piece he idealizes or the desired changes. After contacting, the necessary sketches will be made until reaching the desired part and a quote will be presented to be approved by the client.


Stock

The Marta Maçarico brand always has each piece available in stock. In the event that any part is missing, it will be designated in the online store as Temporarily Unavailable. The delivery period for each piece after purchase is stipulated between 5 to 10 days. In case of any delay, due to the fact that it is a team and the production is entirely handmade, the customer will be contacted shortly after receiving the order in order to be informed.

Payment method

We are a family owned and operated business.

The payment methods available in the online store are Pay Pal, bank transfer and MB Way.

Warranty

All Marta Maçarico pieces are guaranteed for 2 years from the official date of purchase, as stipulated by law in Portugal. This warranty does not include damage caused by improper use, negligence or lack of precaution. The brand offers a lifetime guarantee for the cleaning of the piece, leaving the cost of sending and receiving the same to the customer.

Exchanges and Returns

Marta Maçarico does not accept returns. Exchanges are accepted if the following requirements are met: the condition of the part must be the same as when it was purchased, it must be delivered within its packaging and accompanied by the respective invoice and warranty, and the exchange part must be of equal value higher than the previous one, and eventually it is necessary to pay the missing amount. The costs of reshipping are the responsibility of the customer, except in case the part was sent with defect.

Resellers

We are a family owned and operated business.

In addition to the online store, Marta Maçarico pieces may be available for sale in other commercial spaces, and the respective sales policies, prices and terms and conditions are not linked to the original brand. Marta Maçarico is not responsible for the sale of parts on commercial surfaces other than your online store, so any questions should be directed directly to the store where the purchase was made.
